Logos Bible Software is giving away thousands of dollars of prizes to celebrate the launch of Logos Bible Software 4 Mac on October 1. Prizes include an iMac, a MacBook Pro, an iPad, an iPod Touch, and more than 100 other prizes!
They’re also having a special limited-time sale on their Mac and PC base packages and upgrades. Check it out!
So, I’m thinking they need to pick me to win… cause I really need a new computer to venture into this new journey God is taking me on – and I have been saving money for a long time but it would be awesome to have one just fall into my lap.
Thanks Logos… please pick me!

…to Edmond.
Well, the week of the day is upon us that I move back to Edmond, OK! While I am ecstatic to be back with my friends and church – I have been really trying to soak up every moment of my time left in Altus. It really is like those scenes in movies before the girl goes to college or the last episode of Friends where they just keep looking around Chandler & Monica’s empty apartment. I am seriously going to miss some amazing people. This was an incredible chapter in my life – and I do not for a second regret my time here.
During the past few weeks I have really seen the Lord’s blessing upon stepping out in faith and following His call. As hard as this decision was and as fast as this time has flown – I have seen confirmation and blessing. I found someone to move into my house so I don’t have to pay extra money, I get some of my rent from this month back, I sold my washer & dryer, I have a place to stay in Edmond (thanks Daryl & Evan!), my new boss is so excited for me to start, and I may even have a potential design job in the works! God is incredible, has impeccably perfect timing and knows exactly what He is doing… why do we ever doubt that?
I just keep thinking about the people here that I won’t be seeing everyday/week anymore – no one said it was going to be easy… ugh. Bittersweet Week.

Hello Friends!
If you live in the OKC Metro and are in need of a great new hairstyle… have I got a girl for you!
One of my dear sweet friends, Felicia is now on staff at Starlite Salon – on 23rd St just 2 doors down from the fabulous Cuppies & Joe! So go see her!
Well, Fel wanted some postcards to send out and I want to get my hair done… so we bartered with each other and are exchanging services! So here are Felicia’s postcards – maybe you’ll be getting one in the mail soon!

Well, my choir teacher friend Kelly asked me to design her choir t-shirts again this year… except she has given me no direction except “not simple, not busy, not white, not black” – and the 2 I sent her were not approved. So, now I am back to square one. So if anyone out there has any suggestions for middle school choir shirts, please throw them my way! I feel stuck in here! Their mascot is a mustang (horse, not car), their colors are blue & green (like… navy & forest).
In other news. Tyler (my boss) ’s last week. It is definitely making my antsy and anxious (i think those are basically the same thing). Everyday is another day for me to have small private panic attacks. I’m really excited for him though and the ministry of Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Stillwater. So, if you’re up in Still-ville and need a place to hear the Truth, you will definitely not miss it there.
Still coveting your prayers right now.

My biggest client and one of my best friends, Stephanie Rigdon has a little boy named John Mark. He is like my own son and I spend as much time as possible with him when I’m in Edmond. This year he is turning 4 years old and Steph is having his birthday party at Pops. If you’ve never been there, you need to go sometime. It’s not quite as fun for someone like me who doesn’t drink pop – but they have lemonade and stuff too besides the 100’s of different types of soda.
So here is the invitation I made for his birthday based on the Pops restaurant!

Pretty fun!
I was proud of this one!

found a new talent… well, rediscovered a forgotten talent… playlist making.
my sweet friend was just broken up with and asked for some good break-up songs for the day. So I helped her out, made a Break Up Songs playlist and she loved it. I do think it is probably a compilation of the best break up songs in history – so I thought I would share it with you. Enjoy.

- Song For The Dumped – Ben Folds Five

- Cry Me A River – Justin Timberlake
- No Scrubs – TLC

so, i’ve been 25 for 3 days now. it seems i’m surviving. i know, i know… 25 isn’t old, but obviously it’s the oldest i’ve ever been! its just… i don’t feel 25. i feel like i’m still a kid. but then i also feel like i haven’t accomplished enough, like it’s too late for me! but it’s not! i’m young, i’m getting more and more in tune with God’s plan for me and i’m excited!
so thank you (sarcastically) to all of my friends that made the following comments on my birthday:
- old people club
- over the hill
- halfway to 50
- late 20’s
you all mean so much to me.
